Seminars

On Saturday afternoon, our seminars will help us think about areas we might not often talk about.

Booking for seminars emailed to you once booked onto the weekend.

Patience - Martin Salter

Reflecting on some of the earliest Christian teaching on patience - in particular, why it probably isn’t what you think it is, and why it matters in our Christian lives.

Authority - Jon Putt

Fed up with your boss? Lost faith in politicians? Leaders are losers, just let me do things my way? We’ll be thinking about how Jesus helps us navigate a world full of (often flawed) authority figures, wield authority where we have it, and recapture a healthy understanding of this essential biblical idea.

Me, Myself and I - Hazel Davies

What shapes our identity, morality, decisions and potentially worship?  Whether we recognise it or not the current cultural worldview seeps into every part of our lives and impacts us in ways we don't expect.   We'll explore its influence and how we can find a better story to live by.

Troubled Hearts - Julia Bailey-Paul

An exploration of the subject of trauma through a Biblical lens.

What should I do with my life? - Graham Albans

How do I figure out how God might be leading me? If my goals, dreams, plans and purposes are a door, how do I unlock it, open it and walk through? Graham gives three keys that are practical and helpful for discerning the doors of direction in life.

Leviticus - Ray Evans

A 30,000ft overview of the structure and themes of the book of Leviticus.

“It’s such a great chance to re-charge, and deepen friendships with church family”
